Resumen
NAVIA ANTEZANA, Cecilia y HIRSCH ADLER, Ana. Professional Ethics in Postgraduate Students in Two Mexican Universities. REDIE [online]. 2015, vol.17, n.1, pp.100-115. ISSN 1607-4041.
The porpoise of the article is to present the process and some of the research outcomes about professional ethics in two Mexican universities: the National Autonomous University of Mexico with the Research Project about Professional Ethics and the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos, with the research project: Professional Ethics for Teaching Professors. In both research projects there are common elements: the objectives, the theoretical frame of reference, the decision to study samples of graduate students, the questionnaire and the methodology used for the analysis of the information. We found that there is a preponderance of the Cognitive and Ethical competencies, although one of the features of the Ethical competencies: "To provide the best service to society" obtained a low percentage. We also found the presence of important contradictions between "Permanent training", "To be a good worker" and "Respect".
