Alcoholism problem is a truth in all societies and affect in the same way men and women and it does not distinguish ethnic adscription. For stigmatization reasons we suppose than indigenous people drink more alcohol than mestizo people, or poor people drink more than rich men. In order to establish a distinction, "alcoholism" is seen from a clinic and epidemiological perspective, as a sickness; and "alcohol consumption" isperceived like an alcohol consumption practice (not necessarily reach drunkenness), whereasfour basic aspects: amount, drink quality, frequency, and evolution consumption.
