The tendency to penal expansionism in modern society before the dynamics of delinquency, has reached the economy. Economic crime breaks with stereotyped images of crime, it is multi-offensive, and it is developed mostly on penal labor standards and disrupts the idea of the crime, while its authors are not from marginal groups of society.
