Resumen
ARAGON ANDRADE, Orlando. Los sistemas jurídicos indígenas y los derechos humanos: Paradojas en el discurso del movimiento indio en México. Bol. Mex. Der. Comp. [online]. 2008, vol.41, n.123, pp.1191-1207. ISSN 2448-4873.
The speech on Human rights has played a key role in favor of the indigenous fight. Many of the advances that have been obtained within the international legal instruments are due to the speech of the fundamental rights. Paradoxicaly the reason for the efficacity of the Human rights discourse on the indigenous cause and its supposed universal validity, has also been used to deny the same possibility. Therefore, this article will examine the conflictive relationship between Human rights and autochthonous normative systems, in order to propose a solution allowing the application of a real legal pluralism in Mexico.
