The European Company (SE) is a solution of commitment between diverse tendencies of the Law of European sorirtres. Indeed, SE appears like a communitarian-national hybrid with a complex structure of sources that takes certain shades following the internal legislation from the Member State of the EU. Among the many aspects that conform the legal regime of she is the organization of the social adminstration. The same can carry out by means of a one-tier system or a two-tier system. Both systems have certain convergence in the common norms to both management systems. We will analyze the special possibility that an administrator exists legal person, appointments and the subject operations to authorization. The study is done from the point of view of an SE domiciled in Spain, with the object of complementing the communitarian legislation with the Spanish legislation.
