In the times when the renegotiation of NAFTA for the three countries is happening, it is appropriate to point out that human rights, from Article 1 of the Constitutional Reform of 2011, oblige Mexican negotiators to respond differently to the investments than via concessions, Canada, participates mainly in the mining activity, with negative socio-environmental effects for communities and towns, where large mining companies of Canadian and American origin operate. The reflections of this article are destined to this theme.
