Financial agencies and social organizations need to know what is the impact of their activities in the social environment where they work, so as to evaluate to what extent their social objectives are fulfilled. Since the Centro Alternativo de Desarrollo Indígena AC (Cedain) was created, it was considered necessary to define the measure of its social impact to verify the evolution of its programs.
