SALAZAR, César Armando y AZAMAR ALONSO, Aleida. Flexibilidad y precarización del mercado de trabajo en México. Polít. cult. [online]. 2014, n.42, pp.185-207. ISSN 0188-7742.
After the abandonment of the concept "full employment" during the seventies, the idea of a non accelerated inflation rate unemployment (NAIRU) has been adopted. Through it, has been argued that because the lack of flexibility in the labor market there is not enough supply. From this orthodox economic argument is estimated that the implementation of flexible measures, such as the elimination of the regulatory institutions of the labor factor, there will be a better supply and quality of it in the market, which is not been met in the neoliberal model.
