Resumen

This paper is the result of the field and laboratory studies about pteridophytes of municipality of Tlatlauquitepec, Puebla state, Mexico. We found 35 genera and 66 species, three genera and nine species are new record from Puebla state. Also included a table with ecological conditions for each species in this municipality.
