The following study pretends to elucidate the subjective effects that bring with it the most part of psycho-pedagogical and clinic interventions concerning special education with children. For this motive, the approaches based on psychoanalysis in relation with the philosophy will be emphasized in order to suggest a new mechanism of action. From them, it is assumed the notion of ethic of listening, from which it is proposed a new model of attention in opposition to the one that is currently operating on educative institutions under evaluating techniques.
