Resumen
DAURA, Florencia Teresita. Self-Regulated Learning and Academic Achievement among Students in the Clinical Cycle of their Medical Degree. REDIE [online]. 2015, vol.17, n.3, pp.28-45. ISSN 1607-4041.
The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between academic achievement and the self-regulatory capacity of medical students who, during three consecutive school years, were enrolled in the clinical cycle of a degree in Medicine at either a private or state university. First, the context necessary for understanding the concept of self-regulated learning and its relationship with academic performance is set forth succinctly; then the results obtained from the application of the MSLQ, an instrument for evaluating self-regulated learning, are described and compared.
