The universality of human rights has been proclaimed and reiterated by the community of nations, since the middle of last century. At the same time, globalizing processes seem to contradict the right of all human beings to enjoy a decent life, in all its aspects, either in developed countries or in developing ones. This work reflects on the way international migration connects experiences of precariety in the exercise of rights and its consequences for migrants’ everyday life.
