A case of a two-years-old male patient was presented, apparently healthy, with a periorbitary growth of 9 days of evolution, previously treated without improvement. The dental Service Carried out the diagnosis of periorbitary abscess, secondary to a chronic dentoalveolar abscess. Antimicrobial therapy and dental treatment was established.
