The controversy created by the Web, also known as the sixth continent, hasjust begun, so it is early to have answers to the questions it asks now From this convergence of ideas, this study is aimed at contributing to the analysis that on Internet and its effects has begun in the northwest of the country The approach to the analysis of the new human relations established in the virtual space is made in these new environments: the Internet cafe a real space where navigation becomes democratic.
