Human rights coexist with the very appearance of man, are considered attributes that belong by their nature, as are his eyes, hands, feet or any part of the body and other things inseparable from the self, also its evolution and development depend on the actual development of man, including his anxiety about the total control or absolute freedom as an individual. Today human rights are recognized in different legal systems, international and domestic law, in principle it seems that everything is done in terms of human rights, however, human rights, such as its concept is states are inherent in people, these in turn play many roles in the exercise of their lives as individuals. The work is one of those roles, the company, is the environment where the person employed shall both labor rights as human rights, however, the problem arises when the exercise of inherent roles undermine some rights work worker’s human. In this paper, we try to focus on the most common problems and presents some recommendations for the enjoyment of human rights guarantees in the company.
