The solitary fibrous tumor is a rare neoplasm. The association of hypoglycemia as a paraneoplastic manifestation is known as Doege-Potter Syndrome. It is a very rare clinical entity and difficult to diagnose. It is a paraneoplastic syndrome caused by IGF-2 activation of the insulin receptor. The objective of this article is to expose a case of Doege-Potter Syndrome in a 75-year-old patient. In addition, we have carried out a bibliographic search to contrast with other similar cases.
