The COVID-19 pandemic caused not only the lockdown of university classrooms and physical spaces in our countries, but also demanded the opening of new roads to knowledge until then almost entirely reserved for face-to-face learning and the reengineering of educational processes with disruptive and innovative strategies around the planet. This article analyzes the project, ‘Kapuscinski, the story that transcends’, carried out at the University of San Martin de Porres, in Lima, Peru, with the aim of tracing the transmedia universe of “Cynics are not good for this job”, one of the most relevant works in journalism schools in the world, by the renowned Polish war reporter and historian Ryszard Kapuscinski.
