This paper is a comparative analysis about judicial review forms in Colombia and Europe that protect the fundamental rights in concrete cases. "The objectivation" forms of individual prot cess to protect people between the laws is the most important topic specialized in the proposition to incorporate the judicial review process with general effects in the concrets cases revolved by "acción de tutela" o direct process. This proposition is an intellectual contribution for a constitutional review in Colombia.
