CAICEDO ORTIZ, Julián Andrés. Reconstruct for future: The state crisis in Latin America. Latinoamérica [online]. 2014, n.59, pp.165-191. ISSN 2448-6914.
This article is an interpretation of the crisis of the state-form in Latin America. We believe that there is a paradoxical relationship between the weakening (failure) of the state-form, relational and structural principle marking the imminent decline of the society and the re-articulation of the human community, and strengthening (success) the state apparatus through economic reforms, administrative and political, which intensify the process of domination and dispossession. We conclude that there is an institutionalized community in various schools of thought that explain and account for a fact that in systemic terms, diagnoses are based on fragmentary reality, so it is necessary to use categories such as social class and totality to understand the State foundational antagonism and structural origin of the crisis, such as order and social conditions.
