Policy and public policies are different matters, but they influence each other and are fundamental to the creation of solutions. Economic and political issues have a dynamics frequently affected by other variables changing the sense, interpretation or expected results. The political support is an indispensable factor to counting on alternatives; highlighting it as relevant; and reaching public opinion on a founded basis, far away from all rhetoric.
