Resumen

BLANCAS MARTINEZ, Edgar Noé; MEJIA REYES, Carlos  y  LLANOS CRUZ, Joshua Arturo. Violence in entrepreneurship. Tla-melaua [online]. 2017, vol.11, n.43, pp.178-199. ISSN 2594-0716.

Among the violence that goes through the venture, this article analyzes four: two constitutive, the systemic and the symbolic, and two adjacent, the social and the biographical. The authors aim to clarify the positivity and normality of the entrepreneur in today's society, called post-salary. With the National Micro-Business Survey 2012, it is based for Mexico that entrepreneurs are themselves pre carious subjects, because they come from unemployment looking for an alternative of survival or because the income from their independent activity is scarce. However, they do not visualize their situation as abnormal because it is normalized by the positivity of the prescribed culture, which acts as symbolic violence. With this work practice, previous solidarities ties are broken and life projects are blurred.

Palabras llave : Entrepreneurship; violence; post-salary society.
