This work studies and analyzes the application of ultrasonic energy for drying on an automatic conveyor system of manufactured parts considering different temperature scenarios, particularly at industrial levels where ultrasonic energy is characterized as a clean and efficient tool to improve classical procedures or an option for innovations of new processes. The statistical values obtained in the manual drying process are based mainly on the experience of the operator and the productivity established by the company, this process performs the drying of a piece in an average time of 3.98 seconds, while the automatic drying process on one piece takes an average time of 14.97 seconds, for this reason in this research an array of 16 sensors that dry 16 pieces in an average time of 14.97 seconds, while manually drying 16 pieces will take an average time of 63.68 seconds, and in terms of mass production of parts the automatic system exceeds the manual method, without causing vibrations and collisions between them. The benefits of the implementation of this system will be tangible from its short-term start-up, since it will increase efficiency 4.56 times faster and improve the quality of the process until its storage.
