Gastric neuroendocrine tumours are neoplasm derived from enterochromaffin cells in the gastric mucosa. Indolent lesions of neuroendocrine differentiation; their incidence has increased owing to the generalised use of digestive endoscopy. Case: 48-year-old female with gastric tumour, observed during endoscopy, and confirmed through histopathological study as highly differentiated neuroendocrine of the stomach, grade 1.
Conclusions:
It is resolved with endoscopic resection of the submucosa with a satisfactory result.
