In the case of the refugees in Chiapas, "being young" is a social category that has been modifying according with the new contexts that they had to face; it has been interesting to observe the cultural practices related to this sector, which ones continue to be useful in the social relations within the community or in the migration context, as much as the practices that vindicate or modify the new generation born in Mexico.
