This article proposes a route through the narratives about identity and territorialization of nine young inhabitants of the Eastern Cluster in Cali, Colombia. This research sought to understand the urban marginality experience and the elements that compose it. As a result, we found four core meanings in these narratives: a permanent movement; territorial malleability; the domestication of uncertainty, and the silencing of ethnicity. In addition, this research explores the richness and contemporary validity within the concept of marginality, as well as the need to deepen the research on this phenomenon from the lived experience.
