The goal of this research is to identify the relationship between labor, motivation, creativity and procastination to determine how they affect the completion of projects and the implementation of the ideas in the workplace. It is a plural research; for the qualitative part we had done 22 semi-structured interviews and for the quantitative part, a survey with 57 items was designed. And a sample of 244 people was used for the survey. The factor analysis exploratory showed us reliability in each issue, work (α = 0.7716), for procrastination (α = 0. 7206), for creativity and development (α = 0.6228) finally motivation and satisfaction (α = 0.8284). The results show us a positive relationship between labor with creativity and development issues, r(244) = 0.4142, p < 0.001; and labor and procrastination issues show us a negative relationship, r(244) = -0.1714, p < 0.01. This research supports the goal so the organizations can focus their efforts to improve the process of identifying the human talent, increase the condition in the workplace to keep employees motivated and satisfied in order to generate innovative processes.
