CHILPA-HERNANDEZ, Jair; CRUZ-CRUZ, Mario y SANCHEZ-TORRES, Yolanda. Influence: Environmental, Social and Economic Dimension in Company Performance. Investig. adm. [online]. 2023, vol.52, n.131, 00002. Epub 26-Jun-2023. ISSN 2448-7678. https://doi.org/10.35426/iav52n131.02.
The objective of this article is to evaluate the influence of the environmental, social and economic dimension on the performance of 100 companies listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange, where the empirical results of the year 2014 are analyzed, using a cross-sectional mixed method, based on in PLS SEM or Structural Equations analysis. The results indicate that the linking of the environmental, social and economic dimension variables have a significant positive impact on the financial results of companies, which allows them to implement sustainable policies. The originality lies in the fact that the indicators analyzed can be used in all companies and in any other temporality. The relevance of the findings allows the implementation of sustainable mechanisms within companies, while its limitations correspond to the fact that companies that are listed on the Stock Exchange are analyzed, so it is important to analyze companies that are not listed in future studies.
