The proposal of the politics of wonder as a feminist methodology and practice is inserted into a dialogue with situated knowledge and diffraction to explain how these approaches have opened up economic science to a deeper analysis that takes women’s experiences into account. Three methodological clues (visibilizing, denaturalizing, historicizing) are suggested as the tools of wonder, with the author explaining how they have been used in feminist economics as a critique of the neo-classical current of thought, and a way of envisioning alternative economic systems.
