In this analysis about the perspective of current times, has been developing on labor activity and its unconventional variations, such as, sub employment and informal employment, in which the author explores several postures inside an apocalyptic approach on work or the absence of the same, as it has been conceived for a long time, this is a conventional perspective in favor of labor forces. The author also explores new forms of work, flexible and responsible for certain advantages and disadvantages. He concludes that given the real transformation on work itself is positive to occur; therefore a transformation in the regulation of such new forms is imminent, whereby its purpose must be to insrease protection on work indisiduals, who also have new ways of dealing with reality.
