Price discrimination, dumping and price predation are three subject matters that have as a common origin the existence of different prices for the same product. The analysis and regulation of each of them is different. In this article, the author examines each of them, in order to make a proposal: the law of economic competition should be in charge of the regulation of dumping, currently governed by the law of international commerce.
