The present study seeks to offer a wide vision of the social dialogue, this is, from the triple dimension that offers us the European, Spanish and regional (Castilla y León) experience. In these environments the social dialogue becomes between and end in itself, since strengthens the participation, the understanding, the development of the society and the invigoration of the own democracy.
