The objective of this work is to review the new cases that allow to acquire the spanish citizenship introduced by Law 52/2007 of the Historical Memory "further recognize new rights in favor to those who suffered violence and prosecution during the Spanish Civil War and the dictatorship". This analysis is centered in the assumption with the objective to allow the acquisition of the Spanish nationality to the descendents (sons and grand sons) that ful fill the individual conditions that the Law 52/2007 establishes in the Additional Seventh Disposition.
