GONZALES MEDINA, Rosa Karina e DAGA SARAVIA, Rudy Alder. Remote Work and Digital Disconnection: Implementation and Regulation in the Peruvian Public Sector. Bol. Mex. Der. Comp. [online]. 2022, vol.55, n.165, pp.93-119. Epub 12-Dez-2023. ISSN 2448-4873. https://doi.org/10.22201/iij.24484873e.2022.165.18607.
The main objective of this article is to determine the relationship that exists between remote work and the right to digital disconnection of administrative workers of a Callao National Hospital in 2022. The research approach is quantitative; The type of research that was worked on was basic, with an explanatory level, with a descriptive correlational design, the research hypothesis was demonstrated. In other words, there is a considerable positive correlation between remote work and the right to digital disconnection, r=0.806 and a significance value of p=0.000. Likewise, it was found that there is a weak positive correlation between technological tools and the right to digital disconnection, r=0.430 and a significance value of p=0.018; and, between training and the right to digital disconnection, there is a weak positive correlation, r=0.419 and a significance value of p=0.021. The research had spatial limitations, due to the fact that the surveys were carried out virtually, in consideration of the rules of coexistence due to the COVID-19 pandemic; Likewise, it is relevant because similar investigations of correlation of the study variables have not been carried out. In the present investigation it was concluded that between remote work and the right to digital disconnection there is a considerable positive correlation; In other words, the greater the implementation, knowledge, and management of remote work, the greater the chances of recognizing the right to digital disconnection of workers.
