The author consider that once concluded the electoral process in 2012, the Party of the Democratic Revolution came into the worst of its internal crises of the 25 years of existence. This is a result of the driving by their national leadership headed by the current New Left, to which, several groups that participated in the construction of the party, have opposed. Other factor to consider is the departure of Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, his two times candidate for the Presidency of the Republic, and who was its main political active.
