A labour market is understood to be the ambit where labour is demanded and suplied. Such a place can be identified wherever the exploitation of any given crop requires, at a particular moment, the employment of wage-earning workers. In agriculture, talking about the labour market in its widest sense, means talking about agriculture wich is intensive with regard to the labour force, particularly fruit and vegetable cultivation. These two labour markets are not homogeneous. These markets can be considered primary markets, such as those in which there is a marked social division in labour. These markets are associated with export crops, the products for which needs to be of a pre-determined packet for producction, and a classification process that absorbs a greater quantity of labour.
