This article analyzes the American writers Sophie Treadwell and Ethel Duffy Turner views of the Mexican revolution, based on opinion and other journalistic pieces published by Regeneración and the New York Tribune in the United States. It aims to recover the female view and narrative of the revolutionary context as a counterpoint to the historiography of the period based on foreign male writings.
