The Mexican state is a political project founded on a normative constitution of society whose nucleus is the sovereignty of the people and their fundamental rights. The formation of Mexico is based on a dynamic constitutionality which -in 2011- recognized fundamental rights. One of them is the right to education, which, given its values, signifies the type of political life and of legal education that enable the transformation of social relationships in line with the pertinent rights. Tis paper presents an analysis of the constitutional structure of the educational axiology aimed at demonstrating that the elements of the Project of the Nation are the original expression of educational policy, and of Article 3 as a synthesis of the same. It concludes that Article 3 of the Constitution establishes an ideal ethic that acquires its real meaning only when considered intertextually with other constitutional principles and values that regulate social life.
