One important role of education is to generate students’ competencies and to professionalize teachers and personnel of educational institutions as agents who intervene in educational transformation based on their own ongoing professional development. The current proposal is aimed mainly at high-school-level education, which is training for students that must be fostered by ethical and human feelings as part of their social responsibility and understanding of the problems developing around them, through a correct decision-making process and their involvement in knowledge that promotes democracy as a generational, reasoning practice.
