The classic financial evaluation tools cannot be applied to the Venture Capital projects because the international environment conditions create an economic gap which could be improved by the international corporate. Because of that, in this paper we analyze the asymmetry into international market conditions and its relations to the multinational economic returns in order to elaborate an adequate financial evaluation model. In this way we had found the Sovereign Risk, the International Fisher Effect and the Withholding Income Tax as the main issues that influence over the global economic results.
