Resumo

The objective of this study is to view diversity outreach with an inclusive focus in kindergartens and elementary schools from the perspective of administration, teachers, and staff. The study design is descriptive, of a transversal type and nomothetic nature, and is included in a quantitative methodological approach. Data were collected from self-assessments in 20 schools in Spain. The results show significant differences in the perceptions of working teams regarding the schools’ conception of educational processes and the amount and management of their resources. In general, more strengths than weaknesses are evident.
