The purpose of this paper is to study the re signification process of the supreme law of the Union contained in article 133 of the Constitution, based on the identification and development of the constitutional regularity parameter by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. In order to do so, we will first proceed to study the concept of the supreme law of the Union giving special attention to the observable variations in its content in relation to the location of the international source right. Then, we will analyze the conformation of the parameter of constitutional regularity as a block of rights and the problems for the solution of differences and antinomies in its interior. In the third section we will proceed to determine the transformations generated in the content of the supreme law of the union from the incorporation of the parameter of constitutional regularity.
