The current work raises three theoretical discussions in the field of the so-called social sciences: the individual-society debate, the discussion on the subject or structure and the one that takes place between the utilitarianism-intentionality. The assumption from which the essay starts is based on the idea that when unravelling the internal logics of the theoretical disputes, certain profits are generated in the disciplines that are carried out, by generating creativity and advance in them, either at a methodological, instrumental, technical or categorial level.
