To this end, the questionnaire was administered to the "Cuestionario para la Valoración de las Competencias del Profesorado" to a group of fourth-year students Civil Engineering CUJAE (Havana). The results indicate that college students require Civil Engineering of teachers, as well as the scientific-longer-personal skills and social / participatory.
