In the 1920’s, relations between Mexico and Central America were closer than precedent years. That due to a policy specially designed by Mexican governments in order to disseminate a favorable image of Mexico. Members of Central American intelligentsia related to both territories incorporated themselves to this strategy. That situation stimulated the flux of ideas in both ways, the confrontation of projects and a diplomatic approaching.
