MORENO CARLOS, Ramón. La Calzada de Guadalupe o Avenida Benito Juárez: Un espacio donde han convivido la tradición y la modernidad en San Luis Potosí. Revista Col. San Luis [online]. 2013, vol.3, n.5, pp.308-318. ISSN 2007-8846.

The advance of this research refers to the transformation that has had this urban space over the years, and particularly since its processional origin as a route to the traditional worship of Guadalupe, until its modernization as urban and attractive tourist corridor in recent times. The social use of this road or Avenue, evidence the diversity of contacts among human presences, within a space they might be influenced by the same faith around tourists or merchand traders, as well as educational activities, and how the confluence of all give you a relevant meaning for the capital potosina.
