The author refers to a world of huge changes that will define the future of our planet. Maybe for the first time in history, says he, there are possibilities for a wide proportion of developing world and for European Union to initiate a new era with higher government Standards and institutions capable of building universal human rights and able to eradicate unemployment, poverty and environmental threats.
