This Article presents a study of the Human Rights and the Fundamental Rights of workers in accordance with the National and International Legal Systems to demonstrate its interaction and its multidimensional character of the labor norm. An attempt to elucidate the dimension of Labor law protection in the Mexican Legal System. The objective is to analyze and describe the framework for the protection of the right to work in the light of the pro homine principle and the erga omnes effect. It is proposed to defend the protection of workers’ rights in a multidimensional way, if feasible improve the delivery of justice from an integral conception of the law, which will result in the benefit of a guaranteed judicial protection. In this regard, it is necessary to understand the multidimensionality of the labor law in relation to the application of the International Legal Instruments on Labor Human Rights as a guarantee of their compliance, in order to contribute to legal argumentation and practice of Mexican Labor Law.
