The rights of immigrants are just one of the principles points on the global social and political agenda of any country. The following article is an approach to the situation in Mexico in respect to one of the fundamental Human Right that humans have, the right to work. This should dignify the person, a guarantee that under no circumstances can it be limited by an ‘’Irregular’’ immigration status, because there are international instructs and a national legal framework of broad protection that from the point of view of the law, considers them subjects of Fundamental Rights. As such, the public policy of the Mexican State must pay special attention to this problem and influence proposals that improve the working conditions of this sector.
