The present work analyzes the actions and omissions that in the Federal and local spheres have prevailed in relation to two central aspects of the Constitutional Reform in the area of Labor Justice: The compulsory and previous conciliation phase and preceding prior to the interposition of the corresponding labor procedure and the establishment of Labor Courts dependent on the Federal and local Judicial Powers.
