FLORES SALGADO, Lucerito Ludmila  e  CASTANEDA HERNANDEZ, Alberto. Current Perspectives of Bureaucratic Law (Civil Servants Law) according to Labor reform and new Changes in Government. Rev. IUS [online]. 2020, vol.14, n.45, pp.233-255.  Epub 16-Set-2020. ISSN 1870-2147.

On a day to day basis, bureaucratic labor law has been gaining ground for its doctrinal value. In addition, it represents undeniable nuances of practical utility, as a controlling agenda of the numerous activities public servants have. Nevertheless, it is an appropriate moment to reflect and deepen the distinctive perception of this legal branch, both in its evolution and on its own theoretical and doctrinal contents. Similarly, its applications can be considered in the Positive Law of the Nation and foreign countries.

Palavras-chave : Bureaucratic Law; Labor Reform.
